The Van Halen tour has been one of the most successful tours of the year, so it should come as no surprise that the band is adding more shows to their schedule. A total of 18 shows in July and August have been added to the band’s itinerary. This time, instead of Kool and the Gang opening, the band have brought on another non-rock act to open up: Ky-mani Marley. The son of Bob Marley and table tennis champion (!) Anita Belvanis, Marley just released his sixth album. If he plays some of his dad’s music, it’ll definitely keep up that party vibe that Van Halen appear to be looking for in opening acts. In other news, the band has just released a video for “She’s the Woman,” which can be seen above.

Tickets for the shows go on sale this coming Friday (20) at 10am at ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com. If you really wanna throw down, you can also purchase a VIP package from vipnation.com. Dates for the tour can be seen after the jump.
