No need to buy those plane tickets to California just yet. We had a hunch there would be more than one date for the Scorpions Crazy World tour with their very special guests Megadeth. Scorpions revealed a month worth of North American dates that kicks off on September 14th in Reading, PA and ends on October 15th in Tampa, FL. Scorpions admitted the world is still crazy 26 years after 1991’s Crazy World and there doesn’t seem to be any wind of change. Let’s face it, the current craziness has given us many restless nights. Currently, we do not know when these tickets go on sale aside from the Los Angeles show on October 7th.
The band announced the following details:
“Make it Real!!
SCORPIONS announce their North American Crazy World Tour with Very Special Guest Megadeth
Since performing a handful of festivals and concerts last year in the U.S., the band will return to North America for a month-long run of dates.
“When our album Crazy World was released back in ’91, right at the end of the cold war, we toured around a world that was pretty crazy back then, but there was so much hope in the air for a more peaceful future. Now 26 years later, things are getting more crazy every other day. After all these years, ‘Crazy World’ is still a good motto for our upcoming world tour. We are very much looking forward to seeing all of you out there,” states Klaus Meine.
General tickets and special VIP packages on sale soon. The Los Angeles concert (Oct 7) will go on sale 3/24 w/ pre-sale tomorrow 3/23.
