Emo kids that are now nostalgic thirty-somethings rejoice – Quicksand and Glassjaw have announced a co-headlining summer run! The US tour begins just after Independence Day on July 7th in Pontiac, MI and concludes on August 3rd in Brooklyn NY. Tickets go on sale this Friday (6th) 10AM local time. It will be interesting to see how many members are in Quicksand, as last year, they finished their tour as a trio when guitarist Tom Capone was arrested after attempting to shoplift. Capone was sent home to take some time off from the band. Hopefully he’s well enough to make the trek this time.
