Of Mice & Men’s Aaron Pauley discharged after health scare

Posted by on March 12, 2019

Of Mice & Men are currently on tour with Nothing More, Badflower, and Palisades. While there’s one week left of the trek, the group were forced to miss their show last night (11th) in Hartford, CT. Bassist/vocalist Aaron Pauley suffered from a health scare as the emergency medical technician recommended Pauley to check himself into the hospital to undergo a few tests.

The band issued the following statement:

Pauley expressed via Twitter:

After a bit of a scare earlier, I’m currently at the hospital being evaluated, per the EMT’s direction. Thank you all for the well wishes and good vibes. I’ll be sure to update everyone as soon as I get some definitive news.”

Today (12th), the singer gave an update saying he’s been discharged and clear to perform:

“I’ve been discharged from the hospital and cleared to perform! Thank you everyone for the well wishes. This was one of the scariest days of my life.

We can only guess the band’s new song “How To Survive,” now has a different meaning for Pauley. Hopefully, he will be well enough to perform the track and more for the rest of the tour.
