At The Gates have parted ways with guitarist Jonas Stålhammar. The group issued the following brief statement this past Saturday (23rd):
“At the gates have chosen to part ways with guitar player Jonas Stålhammar. We are currently working to find a replacement for the upcoming shows.”
Despite the apparent abrupt split, the group remains determined to find at least a live touring replacement for their Slaughter of the Soul anniversary trek, which is scheduled to kick off in just a few weeks on August 17th in Los Angeles, CA.
