Have you heard about Primate? In a nutshell, it’s a grindcore supergroup featuring Mastodon guitarist Bill Kelliher, Brutal Truth singer Kevin Sharp, and members of The Despised, Otophobia and others. Shortly after a limited self-release via a 1000-run CD pressing last March, Primate signed with Relapse Records. And on July 3, Primate’s debut LP Draw Back A Stump will see it’s official worldwide release.
In the meantime, Primate and Relapse have released a teaser trailer for Draw Back A Stump. You can watch the teaser above, while fan filmed footage of Primate performing “Drinking And Driving” at Atlanta’s Drunken Unicorn back in March can be seen after the jump. Pre-orders for Draw Back A Stump are now available online.
