Metal Blade Records has celebrated the 40th-anniversary of Mercyful Fate’s classic album, Melissa, with a digital release, which arrived yesterday (30th). This special rendition features the 2005 remaster by Ted Jensen of Sterling Sound in NYC, previously unavailable digitally. To enhance the celebration, Mercyful Fate collaborated with merch company Bravado to introduce a new line of Melissa-themed items, marking the 40th Anniversary via this location.
