Genre-bending artist Blacklite District, real name Kyle Pfeiffer, is gearing up for his new album, 1990, due later this year. Today (14th), the artist has teamed up with Metal Insider to premiere his latest single, “Gotta Get Outta Here.” The track takes BD back to his rock roots, as Pfeiffer explains:

“What do you do when you need a new video to visually represent the new chapter you just started? You call Clinton Cunanan / Mirage M’hal, LLC. Clinton and I have done multiple videos together over the last couple of years, but something magic happened when we began shooting “Gotta Get Outta Here” in Denver last month. It was planned out only a couple of days in advance and we didn’t know exactly what we we’re gonna do. We just knew we wanted to make an epic visual for this song, and I believe that we delivered on that. This is hands down one of the best videos I’ve done to date, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!”
