This past weekend, the second incarnation of the Food Truck and Rock Carnival took place at the First Energy Park in Lakewood, NJ. This was in opposition to last year’s in Clark NJ. The festival marked the last-ever tri-state performance Twisted Sister, as well as Monster Magnet, Overkill, Ace Frehley and many more. Metal Insider contributing photographer Melinda Oswandel was there on Friday (30), the first day of the three-day festival. While rain caused many bands, including Zakk Sabbath, to cancel, Clutch and Alice Cooper were able to play regardless of the weather.
