edforce2This week, Iron Maiden begin their world tour, and of course they’ll be traveling in style. We’ve already gotten a look at what Ed Force One looks like. The band’s production is so big that they’ve upgraded to a 747 this time, and frontman Bruce Dickinson will indeed be flying it. With the tour kicking off on Wednesday in Ft. Lauderdale, the plane flew in on Friday, and it was preserved on video. Anyone interested in aviation or metal will be excited to watch what’s pretty inarguably the most metal aircraft ever touch down on US soil for the first time ever. It’s pretty breathtaking. If you want to know what the tour dates are, they’re right there on the front of the plane. If you don’t want to squint, however, you can catch them here and check out the US dates after the video.
