It looks promising that this Saturday (6th) we will see surviving Nirvana members reunited once again onstage. Last night, a video was shared on both the Foo Fighters’ social media and Cal Jam’s, the festival the Foo Fighters are scheduled to headline that takes place this Saturday at the Glen Helen Regional Park in San Bernardino, CA. The clip shows footage from 2014’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Nirvana induction after party show at Saint Vitus in Brooklyn, NY. During that time, Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear were joined onstage by a handful of guest musicians including Joan Jett and Deer Tick’s John McAuley who are both scheduled to perform at this weekend’s festival. Another major clue is that Novoselic’s band Giants In The Trees will also be playing at the event.

However, if you look at Cal Jam’s Facebook, you will notice that for the most part, they confirmed the news, stating:

That DOES sound like a cal-jam-good-time!!
