Exodus’ 2014 album Blood In, Blood Out marked the band’s first release since reuniting with their former vocalist, Steve “Zetro” Souza and parting ways with Rob Dukes. With a style significantly different than Dukes’, Zetro reintroduced Exodus fans to his vocal presence for the first time since 2004’s Tempo of the Damned.

Recently however, the internet has dug up an interesting gem – a recording of “Salt The Wound”, the single off of Blood In, Blood Out, featuring recorded vocals from Rob Dukes. This version must have been recorded before the other Exodus members made the decision to move on without Dukes. After the split, Exodus recorded the vocals over again with Zetro on the mic and released it that way. The track also features some guest riffing by Metallica’s Kirk Hammett.
