According to Fox8, the NOPD has confirmed former Coal Chamber bassist Rayna Foss has been found. While listed as a missing person case for the last four months and recently going viral on metal sites, she has finally been taken off the list. Foss’ daughter, Kayla Rose, issued a statement on Instagram yesterday (5th) revealing her mother isn’t missing as she’s been in contact with her.
With the NOPD’s confirmation, this case is officially closed. On September 13, 2021, Foss was initially reported missing when the New Orleans police announced a missing person case on the former bassist by her group home manager after being last seen on September 7, 2021.
We are relieved to hear a confirmation from both the family and NOPD that Foss is officially safe and sound.
