The first round of bands playing the 14th installment of Maryland Deathfest were announced in late June, and now a new wave of bands have been announced for next years event, taking place in May 2016.

The rest of the bands will be announced in the coming weeks, according to an update from the official Maryland Deathfest Facebook page:

No specific date for this, but maybe as early as 2-3 weeks from now.

We’ve decided to make the upcoming announcement the final big bomb, as all of the remaining 40+ bands to round out the billing for MDF XIV will be announced at one time. This announcement will include a few headliners for Edison Lot and Soundstage, and a ton of other bands we can’t wait to announce.

Tickets will go on sale on or around the same day as the band announcement. We will keep you posted as we move forward here.
