Following the recent announcement of parting ways with bassist Joey Vera, Mercyful Fate wasted no time revealing their replacement. Today (19th), these legends officially welcomed Becky Baldwin as their new bassist. Baldwin, no stranger to the group, stepped in during Mercyful Fate’s 2022 tour when Vera could not attend. Although this reveal may have been in the works for some time, it has now been officially announced to the public as they are ready for their next set of shows.

“It is a great honor to now be a permanent member of Mercyful Fate”, says Becky Baldwin.

When I joined as a stand-in on the 2022 U.S. Tour, the acceptance and encouragement
