A limited edition statue depicting the artwork for the Chinese leg of Iron Maiden’s 2016 The Book of Souls tour is being produced. The collaboration between XM Studios and Divine features the iconic Eddie character riding the Chinese Dragon in 1:4 scale, hand-painted porcelain.

Writes XM Studios in the figure’s product description:

As one of the most influential bands that helped to shape the 80s Heavy Metal music scene and with a career spanning four decades and over 100 million records sold, Iron Maiden needs no introduction. We are proud to present this unique 1:4 scale statue which is inspired by The Book of Souls World Tour 2016 artwork created for their Beijing and Shanghai leg.”

Usually focused on creating superhero statues, this is the first time the Singaporian XM Studios has worked on a music-related statue. “As most of XM’s licenses and products reside in the entertainment and pop culture realm, we are excited to also have the chance to delve into the area of iconic music properties,” continues the description. “Immortalized in amazingly detailed Cold Cast Porcelain, Iron Maiden fans we hope you love this piece, even for collectors who are not familiar with Iron Maiden, there is no doubt that this artwork will look badass in your collection.”

Those looking to get their hands on an “Eddie & the Chinese Dragon” statue will need to act fast. The cast is limited to 666 made-to-order pieces. The statues aren’t cheap either. One piece will run you SGD $2,199, or roughly $1,557 USD.

Statues can be purchased on the XM Studios website.

Iron Maiden released their last album, The Book of Souls, in 2015. This year marks the band’s 45th anniversary together, and the 40th anniversary of their self-titled debut album.
