After what has been a nasty two years without the annual Dropkick Murphys show live in Boston, Massachusetts, they are set to return for a multi-night run starting on March 17th at the House Of Blues.

Having to cancel their 2020 hometown show at the last minute due to the covid-19 outbreak, they turned to local Boston tech company Pega and the digital world to keep the party going. After a successful stream in 2020 and not seeing an end in site come March 2021, they turned up the dial once again and streamed live to the world from a safe, undisclosed location.

Selling merchandise throughout the broadcast with hilarious tour dates and times, such as “March 17th – Streaming Live from my living room” and raising money for the Claddagh Fund, the bands organization, it seemed to be a smashing hit overall.

With 2022 being the year where live shows come back in full swing it was only natural that their hometown show came back bigger and badder than ever! Mixing the best of both worlds, this upcoming St. Patrick’s Day, March 17th at 9pm ET, Pega presents The Dropkick Murphys live from House of Blues Boston with a full audience. Making it a special occasion, this show will be the first time they’ve ever streamed with a live audience, and is also their first performance in Boston since the pandemic began.

Instead of charging for tickets to the live broadcast, donations will be taken via text to donate to the Claddagh Fund.

The stream can be caught here at www.DKMstream.com once it begins at 9pm ET.

If sitting at home is not really your style, you can catch them in your city as the St. Patrick’s Day Tour rolls across America and hits a venue near you. The current run of dates can be found here.

Tickets are still available for some cities through the official website www.DropkickMurphys.com.
