Slipknot has taken a headlining gig in Turku, Finland, originally scheduled for August 2021, and amplified it into a full fledged, inaugural, Knotfest Finland. August 12-13, 2022 will see Slipknot cap a show built with Nightwish, Bring Me The Horizon, and Arch Enemy, along with Stam1na, and Blind Channel.

The original show postponed due to the ongoing global pandemic, has been rescheduled to August of 2022. So Slipknot decided to raise the bar and add yet another Knotfest location. Knotfest already exists in the United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Colombia and France, with Chile, and Knotfest Brazil coming online in 2022.

Tickets purchased to the original Slipknot show will be valid for Knotfest on Saturday without any additional upgrades or changes. The original tickets can also be upgraded to a two-day Knotfest ticket, and the upgrade will be offered without any extra service fees until November 21. Tickets purchased for the original concert can also be returned until November 21.
