It’s been a pretty insane year for Avenged Sevenfold. As one of the most popular and best-selling metal bands of the past decade, they’re currently working on demos for their first album since 2013’s Hail to the King. That being said, it’s not certain what label that album’s going to come out on, as they’re currently suing Warner Bros. to get out of their contract. Last week, it was announced that they would be playing a rare U.S. show opening up for Metallica in Minnesota. That show sold out in 10 minutes, which is impressive, and even if the headliner was the primary reason, there are still a lot of people that want to hear new music from the band. Today, they got their wish, as the band teased a very technical sounding song that they’re demoing.  They also try to pull one over on us first, which you’ll notice when you watch the clip.
