After an amazing vacation over 6 days, this past January, Ask4 Entertainment was quick to announce the 2024 sailing to those who were lucky enough to be on board in a preview video as is done every year. Knowing nothing more than our port, and vacation stops, plus a general theme to Shiprocked 2024, it took only 3 days in pre-sale to sell out. A wait list was born, and everyone has been waiting for the lineup since. Sailing out of Miami, Florida this upcoming February 4th-10th, 2024, the Carnival Magic will take to the open seas stopping in Bimini (The Bahamas), Ocho Rios (Jamaica), and Grand Caymen respectively.

Now, most people would jump on the thought of a cruise to amazing ports in the tropics, but it takes a certain type of person to book knowing only half the information… for the destinations, are only HALF the experience that one will receive aboard the 14th sailing of Shiprocked. Known to most as a floating music festival in the dead of winter, those who have sailed before know it more as a family reunion, that grows yearly as more and more souls pay their dues as a newb and jump aboard.

TODAY is the day most have been waiting for since disembarking in Port Canaveral in January!!! The initial lineup for Shiprocked 2024, will be as follows, with more to be added as we grow closer:

I Prevail, Killswitch Engage, Beartooth, Highly Suspect, Code Orange, Badflower, as well as Black Stone Cherry, BRKN Love, Cassyette, Catch Your Breath, Crobot, Dayseeker, Dead Poet Society, Dorothy, Eva Under Fire, From Ashes To New, Scene Queen, Tigercub, The Warning, Winona Fighter, Yonaka and more.

The music lineup also features special performances by The Stowaways (which will be announced at a later time) as well as a solo set by Johnny Stevens of Highly Suspect. With staterooms already sold out, a waiting list has been made for people who are interested in joining the fun with a group of their own, or… there is always the cabin mate page on Facebook for REALLY brave individuals who are willing to hop into any room with some strangers. It all depends how bad you want on the ship! The chance to interact and speak with artists in such an intimate way sets this “festival” apart from some of the ones you may have been to before. You never know who you might bump into at the bar, buffet line… or even outside your cabin room. Head on over to the official website here to stay up to date on more announcements, and to get on the waiting list today!
