In case you missed it, the NHL season wrapped up last month with a Stanley Cup victory from the Chicago Blackhawks. How would you have missed it though, since for the back half of the season, we had “Snipe City,” a weekly hockey column? Initially hosted by 36 Crazyfists singer and hockey fanatic Brock Lindow, midway through, he was joined by Matt Marini, founder of hockey gear site PUCK HCKY. The combination of two metal fans talking about hockey (or two hockey fanatics that turned out to be metalheads) proved to be a good one, and it turned into more than just a column. In late May, the company launched their own 36 Crazyfists-branded line via their “Loud as Puck” series. The merch, ranging from shirts and hoodies to hats and stickers, look pretty damned good, and now you can find out yourself.
