Simply put, AC/DC are one of the most popular rock bands ever. Back in Black has sold over 22 million albums. It’s been four years since their last album, Black Ice, and they’re apparently working on a new one. If they were to do a residency in support of their forthcoming album, it would be a good way to test out new material and bring out rock fans from across the country. They would have no problem filling the arena, since everyone from kids that saw Iron Man 2 and got turned on to the band to old school fans would pony up to hear “You Shook Me All Night Long” again.
