Bush, I Beat Loneliness (earMusic):
The British rockers release their 10th studio effort, which a press release says “blends their grunge-rooted intensity with fresh textures and themes exploring mental health, solitude, and resilience.”
Daron Malakian And Scars On Broadway, Addicted To The Violence (Independent):
The hard rockers (fronted by System Of A Down guitarist Daron Malakian) return with their third studio album, which Revolver called “a wildly eclectic set reflecting his love of metal, ’70s prog synths, Armenian wedding music, outlaw country and devilishly Omen theme-channeling musical mayhem.”
Margarita Witch Cult, Strung Out in Hell (Heavy Psych Sounds):
The UK metal band returns with their sophomore album, which their label says “takes everything that was so compelling about their debut and turns the knob up to 11; rips off the knob; throws the knob into the fires of hell and cackles maniacally in the wake of its demoniacal glory.”
Slaughter to Prevail, Grizzly (Sumerian):
The Russian deathcore band release their third studio effort, their self-described best album yet. Said frontman Alex Terrible, “We put so much effort into it. We spent a lot of time on every detail and really poured our souls into the songs. In the past, we were always rushing to finish albums and just releasing whatever we had. This time, we took our time, worked carefully on each track, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.”
