More news continues to trickle out about the forthcoming Lamb of God album, VII: Sturm und Drang, and it’s all good news! Randy Blythe’s an amazing singer, but he generally has two speeds: talk and ON. So that’s why we’re excited to hear that the new album will feature guest vocals from two of the best vocalists in heavy music: Chino Moreno and Greg Puciato. Deftones/Palms/Crosses/Team Sleep vocalist Moreno will appear on a track called “Embers,” while “Torches” is the song that will feature The Dillinger Escape Plan vocalist. And if having guest vocalists on a Lamb of God album seems unorthodox, remember that Steve Austin from Today is the Day was on New American Gospel and As the Palaces Burn.

Sturm und Drang will hit stores on July 24th on Epic Records. You should probably buy it. Find pre-orders here.
