Combine your love of the Avengers with Metallica and you have Avenga, a fictional “metal super-band.” Thanks to a designer in the UK,  you can now display your love for both in the form of a tshirt.

Originally just a few were crafted for a design contest, but the artist graciously decided to create a five album set. Each album is based on a member of the Avengers; Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, and Black Widow.

Each design mimics a Metallica album cover; Reload, Ride the Lightning, St. Anger, their self-titled release (“The Black Album”), and the iconic “Metal Up Your Ass” design, which was the original title to Metallica’s 1983 debut album, Kill ‘Em All.  The “parental advisory” sticker for the Black Widow album (below) is a nice touch.
