About 10 years ago, Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis was going to open a “serial killer museum.” The American Curiosities Museum fell apart, and he got sued not once but twice by his fellow investors. The Korn frontman lawyered up, of course, and things were settled. But it seems that Davis never actually paid the lawyers (plural) that helped him avoid getting sued in the first place.
From TMZ:
“The attorneys say he owed $158,407 … and they agreed to let him pay it down $1,000 a month. However, Davis stopped paying after just 2 months.
Now they’re suing for the balance plus interest — which brings his legal debt to a whopping $256,021.”
A headlining tour couldn’t have come at a better time! Korn will be hitting the road and playing their 1994 debut album starting in October, with openers Suicide Silence, and Islander.
