For the past few months, 36 Crazyfists vocalist Brock Lindow has been contributing Snipe City – a weekly hockey column – to Metal Insider. More recently, he’s been joined by Matt Marini, founder of Royal Oak, MI hockey apparel company PUCK HCKY. As the playoff race heats up, the two have been bringing you their thoughts on the NHL and beyond. Now the two are collaborating on something else entirely, a 36 Crazyfists-branded hockey apparel line of merch.
The collaboration between band and brand makes perfect sense. Lindow is a huge hockey fan, with mad love for the sport, and especially the Philadelphia Flyers, which one design is modeled after. It’s also the first installment in PUCK HCKY’s “Loud As Puck” collection, which will be an ongoing mixture of music and hockey-related designs. Here’s what Brock has to say about the collaboration:
“36 Crazyfists is happy to announce our collaboration with Michigan-based hockey apparel company PUCK HCKY. Combining heavy tunes and heavy hits into a really cool merch line between the two companies. F’n Rights!
You can view the entire collection here. The next installment of Snipe City will run tomorrow, and there will be opportunities to win some of 36 Crazyfists’ PUCK HCKY merch.
