Superband project Teenage Time Killers, led by Reed Mullin (Corrosion Of Conformity) and Mick Murphy (My Ruin, The Birds Of Satan, Chevy Metal, Neanderthal) and produced by John “Lou” Lousteau, just released a new track “Barrio” featuring Alkaline Trio‘s Matt Skiba on vocals and Brian Baker of Bad Religion on guitars.  This is the second song we’ve heard from the band, with the Randy Blythe, Dave Grohl and Reed Mullins track “Hung Out to Dry” already out there. It’s a lot more straightforward punk rock, sounding somewhat like The Clash, and almost the polar opposite of the Blythe track.

The project will release its new album Greatest Hits Vol. 1 on July 31st via Rise Records and will include collaborations from an insane catalog of rock and metal musicians like Corey Taylor from Slipknot/Stone Sour, Grohl,  and Red Fang’s Aaron Beam,.

Black Metal enthusiast from Los Angeles who thought was a good idea to grab a camera and shoot underground shows for the hell of it. Pseudo-writer with little to no expectations of ever winning a Pulitzer but totally down to write about your unknown band if it's good to my ears. I enjoy long walks on the beach, deep conversation, holding hands and attending Satanic music shows every now and then.
