Many naysayers are looking at Japanese J-pop-meets-metal act Babymetal as nothing more than a fad. If that’s the case, it’s a fad that’s lasted the entire year so far, and it doesn’t look like it’s going away any time soon. After a triumphant run in North America opening for Lady Gaga and playing at Heavy Montreal, it’s been announced that they’ll be returning to North America and Europe on the “Back to the UK/USA Tour. It hasn’t been announced where they’ll be playing in November in the states yet, but they’ve announced they’ll be playing the O2 Academy in Brixton on November 8th. It can be assumed that they’ll be announcing dates in the States shortly.
