Metal By Numbers is a weekly column in which we look at the top metal sellers and debuts of the week.
You know, when you write this column enough times, you think you’re going to be able to predict what’ll have the best debut, what’s going to stick around longest, etc. And then Mushroomhead comes along and throws you for a loop. The band’s latest album took the top spot this week, and it’s sitting between Lorde and John Legend. Don’t let anyone tell you that nobody wants to listen to a masked, rapping industrial band because apparently people very much do. Also, check the numbers for Down and the newly formed Killer Be Killed.
