Stabbings, death threats, and more stabbings, and the hits just keep coming. Last night, Sacramento based hardcore act Trash Talk played a free show in Los Angeles, CA sponsored by Nike, and a crowd decided to just do it – and by it, we mean “riot.”

Apparently, the fans were so eager to make their way into the show that at one point a “mini-riot” started happening. A police official “riot squad” was called to the scene and apparently, both tasers and pepper spray had to be used in order to keep the rioting fans in check. While the video of the incident has since been removed from YouTube, there is still an image floating around.

Last night, the band stated on its Facebook page that there had been a misunderstanding to begin with: apparently the venue was in use for a Nike skate session with Omar Salazar up until an hour before the show was supposed to start. The band that recently signed with Odd Future’s label had previously announced that the doors for the free show would be opening at 7PM. There has been no updated statement since their post from last night.
