Megadeth have teamed up with Trafalgar Releasing for Megadeth: Behind the Mask, a global cinema event premiering January 22, 2026, one day before the release of the band’sfinal studio album. The film will screen on 1,000+ screens across 35+ countries, with tickets available this Thursday (11th) at 6:00 AM PT / 9:00 AM ET. A trailer for the film will also be available on the same day. Behind the Mask sees Dave Mustaine reflect on the band’s 40-year history, sharing previously untold stories while guiding fans through a track-by-track first listen of Megadeth’s upcoming self-titled record.
