After turning himself in, Iced Earth’s Jon Schaffer will remain in police custody through at least this Friday (22nd). WISH-TV reports Schaffer, who turned himself in to the police on Sunday (17th) in Hamilton County, has since moved to Marion County Jail. The guitarist is now expected to go in front of “U.S. magistrate, who could release him on bail” at some point next week.

Metal Sucks has pointed out both Iced Earth, and Demons & Wizards have been removed from Century Media’s Artists page. While there’s no official statement by the label or both bands, it appears the deletion on the label’s roster is a clear indication of it.

Demons & Wizards released their first album in fifteen years  in February 2020 with III. Iced Earth has an extensive history with the label, which started from the beginning of their 1990 self-titled debut to 2001’s Horror Show. Their return to the label with 2011’s Dystopia to their latest effort, 2017’s Incorruptible
