Infernalizer, the brand new metal project created by Claudio Ravinale, is ready to unleash new music to the world. Ravinale is best known as the frontman of Italian death metallers Disarmonia Mundi. His fresh, innovative project takes a different turn, being heavily influenced by icons Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper, and Danzig. Infernalizer’s music moves with a dark style with eerie undertones as they pay homage to gothic bands Type O Negative and The Sisters of Mercy. For those who enjoy bands Rob Zombie and Wednesday 13, you will want to give Infernalizer a spin as they also take the cinematic approach. Today (30th), just in time for Halloween, the group has teamed up with Metal Insider to unleash their debut single, “Leaving So Soon?”
The track was produced by NeroArgento at AExeron Studio (Turin, IT) and mastered at Sterling Sound Studio (Nashville, TN) by Ted Jensen (Guns N’ Roses, KoRn, Pantera, Alice In Chains). The track provides a modern take on the classic 80s metal sound, which is the first taste of what’s to come. The band is currently in the studio, working on their debut full-length effort, The Ugly Truth, which is expected to arrive sometime in 2021 via Rockshots Records.
