Despite the successful new album Heaven Upside Down, Marilyn Manson hasn’t had the best of luck. We’ve seen a prop fall directly on him last Fall that resulted in his fall tour being postponed. Once the shock rocker returned to the stage, he scared the crowd by pointing a fake gun at them and by the time he kicked off his makeup tour dates, his pants fell down. While none of this has stopped him from continuing, the singer also had a meltdown on stage last February and he recently forced an Avenged Sevenfold fan to remove his shirt. With that being said, it looks like his bad luck is following him on his current North American tour with Rob Zombie.
Unfortunately, the shock rocker cancelled his performance at last night’s (26th) show in Toronto, ON due to an unforeseen illness:
“Due to unforeseen illness, Marilyn Manson will not be performing tonight in Toronto, ON.
If you were in attendance specifically to see Marilyn Manson, your tickets will be available for refund at point of purchase.
Rob Zombie will perform as scheduled.”
Fans who attended the event were angry about the news as a video surfaced via social media catching the crowd booing at the situation:

If you’re having a bad day just remember that you’re not the dude that had to tell 16,000 angry metal fans in Toronto that Marilyn Manson wasn’t coming on to play tonight

Rob Zombie stepped up for his tour mate by performing the Eurythmics cover of “Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This),” which was featured on Manson’s 1995 EP Smells Like Children.

Unfortunately, there are no additional details on Manson’s condition nor do we know when the shock rocker will return to the stage.
