prophets of rage dave grohl

Since we got word about Prophets of Rage forming, they haven’t calmed down for a split second and continue their work to make America rage again. That sounds like a very difficult task, so the band decided to ask for some help from friends they made throughout their careers and decided to bring out Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl to help them out.

During their recent stop in Toronto, ON, the Prophets asked Grohl to join them on stage to perform a cover of MC5’s “Kick Out The Jams.” The footage shows the band and the crowd enjoying the song at the best of their capacity and Toronto definitely were in for a treat. On top of that cover, the band also asked Aaron Bruno of the group’s current tourmates AWOLNATION to join them on stage for a cover of Bruce Springsteen‘s “The Ghost Of Tom Joad,“ which was a staple of Rage’s live sets back in the day.
