Hey, remember when Will Smith’s wife, Jada Pinkett Smith had a metal band? Wicked Wisdom, was, well, not really all that good, but that didn’t stop them from winding up on Ozzfest in 2005, where her husband sometimes joined them on tour. In fact, he even wound up going onstage with Bury Your Dead once or twice to sing “Bury Your Dead” with them. And that’s him with Soilwork, who also played the second stage at Ozzfest that year. That’s as far as he’s gone with metal, though, right? Yes, but a social media editor at Yahoo pegged the Suicide Squad actor as someone that had signed on for an entirely different project – California deathcore act Suicide Silence.

Obviously, it was Suicide Squad that he’d signed on for, not Suicide Silence. First of all, they’re all set lineup-wise, and secondly, Big Willy’s performance as Deadshot was one of the better moments of the film, so we’re better off that the actor is staying away from metal. Then again, the massive online company hasn’t corrected their mistake in nearly two weeks, so maybe Eddie Hermida should watch his back. In the meantime, here’s the Fresh Prince dancing to some death metal.

UPDATE: Eddie says he’s welcome to join!
