Many months ago, we found out that Canada’s 3 Inches of Blood decided to call it quits and put the band’s name to rest to dedicate their time to other music endeavors. Along the announcement of their breakup, they had scheduled a final farewell show in their hometown Vancouver which just happened a few days ago and there’s footage of the gig.

The band posted their final thoughts about the show a few days ago via Facebook:

“So now that we’ve had a couple of days to decompress, we wanna give a huge eternal thank you to everyone involved in our final shows. Malcolm & Stephanie from Blueprint, The fabulous Commodore Ballroom & staff, Our crew: Byron, Seely, Doug, Lindsay, Brodie. Alumni guests: Byron(again), Matt Wood, Bobby Froese, & Jamie Hooper. All the band members from beginning to end. All the bands we toured with. Most of all we wanna thank all the fans. Not just the ones that came and made these shows two unforgettable sold out nights but all the 3 Inches of Blood fans all over the world that took us from a humble start to the rousing finale. Thanks for the great times. We love you all.”

Check out the videos below to see what the sold-out night was and we look forward to what each and every member of the band has planned for their future.
