We give KISS a lot of crap for slapping their name on every product under the sun (Archie Meets KISS? Seriously?!). However, we actually think it’s pretty awesome that KISS launched their own themed cruise. Not only can the KISS Army rock and roll all night and party every day on a boat with like minded people, but they get to do that with KISS on board. Now that’s something worth shelling out a ton of cash for (use the money you saved from not buying the KISS TV).
Yesterday afternoon, October 13, the KISS Kruise left the docks of Miami. And to kick things off, KISS performed a special unplugged set out of make-up. According to KISSFaq.com, the band performed a mix of classics and rarities. You can check out fan filmed footage of KISS performing “Hard Luck Woman” (with Paul Stanley on vocals) above. You can also check out footage taken from the KISS Q&A session after the jump. It’s actually pretty touching to see the young Argentinean fan in the video become emotional over meeting her idols, and then awkwardly funny when Stanley joked “Don’t cry for me Argentina.”
