In June, Boston quartet Gozu will be releasing their fourth full-length, Revival. It’ll be their first album on Ripple Music, and today via The Obelisk, the band released the first taste of it via a video for album opener “Nature Boy.” The album was recorded at The Wild Arctic with Dean Baltulonis (Primitive Weapons, Most Precious Blood) and Benny Grotto and mastered by Mos Generator’s Tony Reed. “Nature Boy” is heavy, riffy, and sounds like Queens of the Stone Age with the rawness of Kyuss. The band will be playing New York City’s Fat Baby tonight along with Black Wail. You can catch the rest of their tour dates below the video.
