Turbid North guitarist/vocalist Nick Forkel recently shared his top five albums of 2022 with Metal Insider. The group are now looking ahead on their first new album in seven years, The Decline, out January 20th. To continue with the anticipation the band has shared a video for their latest single, “The Road.” The clip conveys the song’s message using post-apocalyptic imagery similar to the Cormac McCarthy novel with the same title. 

Forkel comments: 

 “‘The Road’ is about survival in the bleakest situations. How far you’ll push yourself to keep going. Even if the world you’re living in isn’t all that great to begin with. Suffer today, to live another day.”
