While Slayer is still one of the heaviest bands in metal, they’ve been around long enough that people have co-opted them. Tori Amos has covered “Raining Blood,” Rob Scallon is YouTube famous for his renditions of their songs on banjo and ukelele, and now we have Frank Pasquale, of Pasquale Custom Guitars, who uploaded a video of him and his friend doing a Slayer mashup on children’s instruments. And guess what, even though the instruments are tiny and pink, it still sounds pretty great. Bonus points for whoever’s daughter it is continually running through the shot nonchalantly as if her dad always takes over her stuff to play Slayer
