Seether frontman Shaun Morgan paused the band’s set at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa this past Thursday (29th), calling out venue security for removing his seven-year-old daughter from the side of the stage. Just before performing their hit “Remedy,” Morgan expressed his frustration over the situation, accusing staff of unfairly ejecting his daughter despite her presence throughout most of the show, stating:

“Hey, sorry, that took a little while. I had my fucking kid on the side of the stage the whole show, and then suddenly, this fucking asshole kicks her the fuck off the stage. She’s seven years old, and now she can’t even go in the front of the house and watch the show? Man, fuck you. What the fuck is wrong with people? She’s a fucking child, and you just kicked her off the fucking stage her dad’s playing. I hope your dick is super fucking huge, bro.”

Once the band performed the track “Remedy,” Morgan altered a number of the lyrics to mock the staff to address the situation further.   While the resort permits children in general areas, concert access can vary by event. Despite the incident, Seether completed the performance, with Morgan making it clear he felt the removal was unnecessary and disrespectful. Seether will be playing at this year’s Rock the Locks in Umatilla, OR on September 26th, 2025. For tickets, go to this location
