Rammstein frontman Till Lindemann has unleashed a video for his new single, “Alles ändert sich…ich nicht.” The characteristically dark and unsettling clip is directed by Horris & Frances. The track will also be available in physical formats, including “Alles ändert sich,” on February 20, 2026. Formats includea Christmas tree–shaped 12” vinyl, a standard 7” vinyl, a limited minimax picture CD, and a regular maxi CD. The single features lyrics and vocals by Lindemann, music by Clemens Wijers, mastering by Svante Forsbäck, production and mixing by Wijers, and vocal tracking by Olsen Involtini.
