Limp Bizkit played their first show since the passing of longtime bassist Sam Rivers on Saturday (29th), at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City. The performance marked the opening night of the band’s Loserville Gringo Papi Tour 2025 across Latin America, with Kid Not (Richie Buxton) stepping in on bass. During the set, the band paused to honor Rivers with a tribute video featuring highlighted moments from his career with the band. The members stood facing the screen alongside the crowd as messages, such as “Sam Rivers, our brother forever,” appeared, then embraced in silence.

The tour continues through December with stops in Costa Rica, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, featuring support from Bullet for My Valentine, 311, Ecca Vandal, Riff Raff, and Slay Squad. Rivers passed away on October 18 at age 48.
