killswitchalwaysKillswitch Engage’s Disarm the Descent was a great comeback album for the band. Their first album with Jesse Leach back in the fold in over a decade is also one of their heaviest, with one exception. That song is “Always,” and while it’s a little less frantic than the remainder of the album, it fits in nicely alongside it. And the band have released a particularly great short film/video for the song.

Instead of the typical band-playing-in-a-warehouse clip, the video, filmed by McFarland & Pecci, doesn’t feature the band in it at all. Instead, it tells a story of two brothers, and will hit you right in the feels. It’s a nicely understated story of two brothers that may make you reinterpret what you thought the song was initially about. The video is out just in time for the band’s tour with Lamb of God, Testament and Huntress to begin. It kicks off tomorrow (22) in Toronto.
