Here’s Metallica’s ‘Hardwired…’ disc two opener, “Confusion”

Metallica’s continuing to release a video for every song on their forthcoming Hardwired… To Self Destruct double album for the next day or so. In addition to the first three songs that are already out there, they’ve already released “Dream No More,” and have just just released one for “Confusion,” which was directed by Claire Marie Vogel, via Rolling Stone. It’s a mini-movie about a soldier (a female one, no less) dealing with PTSD. Given that their first ever video, “One,” was a war video, this is the band coming full circle, kind of. It’s also pretty nuts that a band that didn’t release any videos for their first three albums are releasing 10 videos in 20 hours.

Hardwired… To Self Destruct will be out on Friday on Blackened Recordings. You can pick it up on CD at Amazon for only $9.99.

P.S., here’s “Dream No More” if you didn’t see it yet:
