You’ve seen Disturbed’s David Draiman covering “Whole Lotta Love” earlier today. So why not check out Michael Winslow of Police Academy fame covering the Led Zeppelin song as well?

For those unfamiliar with the actor/comedian, Winslow is famous for his ability to replicate a crap load of sounds using only his voice. It’s a talent he’s shown off in the Police Academy movies (all seven of them, and even the short lived TV spin off) and one classic scene in Spaceballs. In his stand-up routines, Winslow has done impersonations of Jimi Hendrix and Led Zeppelin. However, during an appearance on Norwegian talk show Senkveld med Thomas og Harald, Winslow pulled off an awesome rendition of “Whole Lotta Love.” Not only did Winslow do a killer Robert Plant impersonation, but he also nailed the electric guitar sounds.

Luckily for us, the AV Club found footage of the performance online. You can watch Winslow’s “Whole Lotta Love” cover in the video above, while footage of Winslow rehearsing before the show with the acoustic guitar player who performed with can be seen after the jump.
