The Ghost Inside are improving after horrific crash

Posted by on November 23, 2015

Following the horrific head-on collision a few days ago that left the two drivers dead, and some members of The Ghost Inside being airlifted and in critical condition, the band has issued an update on the situation over the weekend.

Said bassist Jim Riley, via Facebook:

“The last 48 hours have seen everyone’s condition improve. We are surrounded by lots of loved ones and the vibe today is very positive. Asking again that you keep sending good juju our way and keep the families of the two drivers that lost their lives in your thoughts. It will be a few more days before we share any individual details. If you’ve seen any of the pictures that are floating around you know the serious nature of the situation and hope you understand the need for a little privacy and discretion. The doctors here are phenomenal and we are in the most capable of hands. Thank you thank you thank you for the love and support. Life is swinging hard. We are swinging harder.”

He also posted an update to Instagram:

“For now know that everyone’s condition is stable or better and the love you are raining down during this unthinkable time is felt by the ones that need it most.”

Part of that love is coming from a GoFundMe fundraiser, to support the bands and the families affected by the tragedy. In three days they’ve almost reached their $125,000 goal.
