Coronavirus: Parkway Drive announce rescheduled European/UK tour dates w/Hatebreed

Posted by on March 22, 2020

Parkway Drive were forced to postpone/reschedule their European tour with Hatebreed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. However, Stick To Your Guns and Venom Prison, who were originally slated for this run are unable to make the rescheduled dates. Therefore, Crystal Lake has been added to the bill.

See posts/tour dates below:

Parkway Drive:

“Due to the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic we are postponing the Viva The Underdogs European Revolution until NOV / DEC 2020. Health is the most valuable thing in life and we need to ensure that the wellbeing of everyone is not at stake at any of our shows.
All shows, except Budapest (HU) and Paaspop (NL), have a new date scheduled. Previously purchased tickets will remain valid. The Budapest show will unfortunately be cancelled.
Due to the tour changes Stick To Your Guns and Venom Prison will no longer be able to join. Instead, we will have Crystal Lake as the opener for the tour, Hatebreed will still be main support.
Stay safe, be kind and help each other.
See you soon,
– Winston, Luke, Jeff, Ben and Jia”

“To all our European fans,
As you have probably figured out by now, several of our upcoming EU shows in April will be directly affected by the bans most European countries have imposed on larger events.
We are doing our best to assess this rapidly changing situation and our team is working tirelessly behind the scenes to find the best possible solution to this, so we can bring the biggest Parkway Drive shows in our band’s history to your part of the world!
In the meantime, we would like to thank all of you for your messages and comments but ask you to please be patient for a few more days until we can give you more concrete information on how the ‘Viva The Underdogs’ European Revolution 2020 tour will continue.
Be safe and see you soon,
Winston, Luke, Jeff, Ben and Jia”

Hatebreed:

Stick To Your Guns:

“Due to the COVID-19 pandemic our upcoming European tour with Parkway Drive, Hatebreed and Venom Prison has been cancelled for us.
Parkway Drive and Hatebreed have successfully rescheduled the tour at the end of the year but due to other commitments we will not be joining them.
These are odd times we’re living in right now but things will get better. Stay informed and stay healthy.
Swipe to see the official statement from Parkway, those guys are the best. Hope to see you all soon.”

Venom Prison:

“Further to the news of our Australia & South East Asia dates, we must inform our fans in Europe that due to the Coronavirus outbreak, we must cancel our scheduled performances with Parkway Drive, Hatebreed & Stick To Your Guns next month.
These were the biggest shows a band like Venom Prison could have ever dreamed of playing. To be considered by the Parkway team in the first place was truly humbling. However, Parkway Drive will forge on with their new dates now announced, unfortunately this tour will now happen without Venom Prison and Stick To Your Guns. We apologise to anyone who was looking forward to seeing Venom Prison, the change in lineup was out of our control.
Once again, we want to reiterate that safety is paramount and the decision by all parties was not taken lightly. Our thoughts are with the fans, crew, supporting staff and all the bands effected on our tours and around the world. As always, the work for us does not stop, it will make us stronger and more determined to continue to do what we love and cherish so much. We’re now working closely with our team to get back to the grind ASAP. Watch this space.
Thank you once again for your understanding and support at this difficult time. Stay safe and we will see you soon.”

Crystal Lake:

“Europe! We are excited to announce that we will be joining Parkway Drive on their upcoming Viva The Underdogs European Revolution tour in Nov/Dec 2020 together with Hatebreed! “
